Our larger Beeswax Bread Bags are a sustainable, eco-friendly and highly effective alternative to single use plastic and paper bags for storing bread.
Hand made in Wales from 100% organic cotton infused with local beeswax, pine resin, and organic jojoba oil, these bread bags help preserve the freshness of your loaf while also reducing plastic waste. It can even be used in the freezer, meaning you can save any left over bread when you go away or when you have too much. Or even better, make in bulk to save you time and effort and put half in the freezer in one of our waxed bags.
The large bags will fit all but the largest of loaves from a farmhouse loaf to a sourdough. It has a gussetted bottom, helping it stand up and with a number of colours and designs to choose from it will look great in your kitchen.
Our smaller bags, which can be found here, are great for bread rolls, pitta bread, pastries or half a loaf.

If you don’t have bread to keep fresh, your beeswax bag is an ideal way to keep salad leaves, herbs and vegetables fresh too.
When it's time to clean, simply turn the bag inside out and wash it in cold soapy water, let it dry on your draining board and it is ready to be used again.
